SJS Organic Farm: Comprehensive 14-Day Training on Sustainable Bio-Inputs and Agri-Entrepreneurship for Green Business Development
SJS Organic Farm offers an 80-hour (14-day) technical residential training focused on sustainable bio-inputs extraction from plant, animal, and inoculant sources, alongside farm-based production. The training emphasizes inputs for Ecological Organic Agriculture (EOA), regenerative practices, and agroecology within sustainable food systems. Participants will gain foundational knowledge in Local Service Provider (LSP) Agri-Entrepreneurship and Green Business Center (GBC) coaching, equipping them with the skills to support eco-friendly agricultural practices. The program is designed to provide hands-on experience, excluding arrival and departure days.
There are many simple rural technologies and farm based formulas that significantly reduce farm input costs and boost outputs for farmers year after year, providing a good business opportunity for the LSPs (Local Service Providers) & GBCs (Green Business Centers) as Agri-Clinic & products and market Platform / Linkages. • This involves mutual support in promoting Regenerative and Agroecological Organic Agriculture Systems and Animal Keeping by means of probiotics. • This training is focused on farmers, youth, and women, inclusive of both 30% theory and 70% hands-on practical training to ensure significant knowledge transfer to the farmers.
